Test mode: all payments are simulated. No real money is charged and no print order is sent. These terms prepare digital delivery in Sweden; live sales remain disabled.
Your digital portrait
We offer digital pet portraits to consumers resident in Sweden. You choose your AI-created portrait before ordering. The JPG is supplied without a watermark at its original pixel dimensions. Artistic details and likeness can vary; this does not limit your rights if the delivered file is faulty. No particular large-format print size is guaranteed. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
Price and Swedish VAT
Digital portrait: 99 SEK including 25% Swedish VAT. Price excluding VAT: 79.20 SEK. VAT: 19.80 SEK. No shipping fee or subscription. During testing the entire amount, including VAT, is simulated; no money is charged. Historical test orders retain their original prices and terms.
Sweden only
Digital purchases are currently limited to consumers resident in Sweden with a Swedish billing address. International sales are not available. Printed products remain a separate test prototype: no real print order or shipment is placed. Print delivery terms and international shipping will be completed before those products launch.
Ordering and payment
No account is required. Check your email and billing information before continuing. Stripe handles the simulated payment. The total is displayed before you confirm. We send an order confirmation and a private order link after payment is confirmed. Contact info@angelbear.se if the confirmation does not arrive. The private link gives access to your portrait: keep it to yourself.
Digital delivery
After confirmed payment your selected JPG is available through your private order link for 90 days from digital delivery. Save a copy on your own device; you can continue using it after the link expires. You need internet access, storage space and an application that opens JPG files. The download period does not shorten your statutory rights. Contact us if delivery is delayed; your rights to delivery, cancellation, refund and compensation under applicable law remain unaffected.
Withdrawal
Digital content normally has a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion of the contract. Immediate delivery requires your separate express consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right ends when delivery starts, and the required contract confirmation must have been provided. A successful payment alone does not remove your withdrawal right. Your rights if the file is faulty remain unaffected. If your withdrawal right remains, tell us clearly by email, phone or post before the period ends; include your name and order number if possible. You may use the standard withdrawal form, but do not have to. Valid withdrawals are refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of notice, normally by the original payment method. Stop using and sharing the content after withdrawal. This is a test service: the electronic withdrawal function and final live contract process must be completed before real sales open.
If something is wrong
Contact info@angelbear.se with your order number and a description of the problem. We are responsible for defects present at delivery that appear within three years. Complain within a reasonable time; within two months of discovery is always reasonable. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to correction, a replacement, a price reduction, cancellation and refund, or compensation under the law. Valid remedies are provided without cost. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may contact ARN (www.arn.se), subject to its eligibility rules, or a court. Swedish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Using your portrait
You may use the purchased portrait privately, print it for personal use and share it on social media. Commercial use requires a separate agreement. We do not promise exclusivity or that AI-generated images always qualify for copyright protection.
Free previews and privacy
Up to three free watermarked previews per day per browser and network, subject to capacity and daily limits. People sharing a network may share this allowance. Preview links last 24 hours. Read our privacy policy at /privacy for image processing, retention and customer information. Order and accounting records have separate retention periods from image files.
